IS AQUAMAN A COPY OF BLACK PANTHER

After Justice League's failure DC and Warner Bros. are trying to get back on track with James Wan's AQUAMAN. The trailer of AQUAMAN released in San-Diego Comic-Con 2018, we all the the trailer and found it quite similar with Marvel studio's "BLACK PANTHER".
Context wise, Aquaman and Black Panther have quite a bit in common in their story-line. They both are well known comic-book characters and yet have very small readerships. Both were introduced in the big screen as a part of bigger group movies before exploring their origin.
Both the movies has a lot of similarities, but with one major difference "Erik Killmonger is Aquaman's Hero". Warner Bros. still hasn't confirmed about copying the movie. Both the characters are influenced by different comic-book, Aquaman is heavily based on Geoff John's new 52  reboot. Since both films have been in development for a long time and belongs to the same genre.
Aquaman's Atlantis was teased in Justice league as a primitive society with futuristic aquatic vehicles and Black Panther's Wakanda is a village with high-tech technologies which totally different from one another.

In the movies Black Panther has five tribes and Aquaman's Atlantis has seven kingdoms, plot wise, many of these have some sort of role to play in the plot.
In the mix, the movie also has a secondary antagonist just like Andy Serkis's Klaue here we have Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as Black Manta.

There are lot of other parallels scenes, Black Panther and Aquaman going up against a villain who acts as an enforced ruler of the society and planning to to wage war against the outside world.
The crucial part of the movie is, that Villain is the hero's close relative, now the fight is not only for the survival of the realm, but a personal conflict for the throne.

In the movie Black Panther has the Warrior Falls coronation, Aquaman's king is similarly challenged in a public ritual combat.
While making up all comparisons we noticed that there is only one main difference in the plot. In Aquaman, "Erik Killmonger is Aquaman's Hero".
