The Flash Solo Movie Latest Updates

After Justice League's drastic failure at the box office, Warner Bros. is having a very hard time, handling it's Superhero franchise while competing with other Superhero brands. The Flash movie actor Ezra Miller confirms he recently had a meeting with the latest directors of the project Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley.
We have been teased with Ezra Miller's Flash in BvS then in a cameo in Suicide Squad and a big role in Justice League. Now The Flash will be having his own Solo movie like other DC heroes.

Warner Bros. Flash movie which was titled "Flashpoint" announced in 2014 with Miller Starring. Seth Grahame-Smith was set to direct but due to some reasons he left the project. The Rick Famuyiwa was recruited, he cast Kiersey Clemons as Iris West and worked on the script of the movie that may have involved Cyborg (Ray Fisher).
Earlier this year, it was announced by the studio that the Spider-Man: Homecoming writers John and Jonathan will direct "The Flash Movie". The writers duo were interested in the film because The Flash is very similar Superhero to Spider-Man. They adapted Peter Parker's character while working on Homecoming. The initial title of the movie was "Flashpoint" in San Diego Comic-Con Miller declared that Flash Solo movie will be an origin story. We may expect that the story will be inspired by "The Flash new 52 comic book".

Other reports indicates that The Flash could start filming this summer aiming for 2020 release date. A further report that except Flash and Batgirl, Wonder Woman 2 has started production and holds a late 2019 release date.
The core cast of of the movie is Ezra Miller and the other cast's hasn't finalized yet.
