Marvel and DC are the biggest rivals of the comic-book industry, both the franchises started in 1930's, their rivalry are just like McDonald's and Burger King, Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts. Both the comic-book franchises made a great number of successful movies but from past few years Marvel studio's have done an outstanding business even Avengers: Infinity War became the highest grossing movie of 2018. DC comics under Warner Bros. banner are now having a tough time after major flops.
Though fans still argue over the superiority of Marvel and DC, but many times Marvel comics copied many DC characters and even many storylines.

10) Sentry from Superman- Marvel god-like superhero Sentry introduced in the year 2000 was a total replica of DC's "Man of Steel", Superman.

9) Green Goblin from Joker- Marvel and Sony's Green Goblin one of the famous villain of Spider-Man was copied from DC's Clown Prince Joker.

8) Hawkeye from Green Arrow- MCU's Archer Hawkeye introduced in the year 1964 in comics was a copy of DC's Green Arrow.

7) Black Cat from Cat-Woman- Marvel comics Black Cat was in Spider-Man's in the year 1979 was heavily ripped off from DC'd Cat Burglar "Cat-Woman".

5) Moon Knight from Batman- Marvel comics Moon Knight was copied DC's "The Dark Knight" Batman.

4) Quick-Silver from Flash- MCU's and Fox's has two speedsters but both of them are copied from DC's Scarlet Speedster The Flash.

3) Hulk from Solomon Grundy- MCU's famous asset Hulk was copied from a DC's famous  super villain Deathstroke.

2) Deadpool from Deathstroke- MCU's and Fox's Merc with a Mouth Deadpool introduced in the year 1991 was a complete copy of DC's famous super villain Deathstroke.
Last but not the least the Biggest the baddest villain of MCU, who took out all the Avengers was copied from a DC comic character.

1) Thanos from Darkseid- The main antagonist of Avengers: Infinity War, the Darth Vader of the MCU, Mighty Titan Thanos was copied from DC's Darkseid.
