WHO WILL DIRECT Guardians of the Galaxy vol.- 3

GOTG vol. 3 director James has been fired from the project. It looks like Disney might be requiring a new face to complete Guardians of the Galaxy vol.- 3.
The Marvel studios director has been fired by Disney over his controversial tweets from a decade ago containing jokes on topics like rape and paedophilia.

James Gunn has already completed the script of the third installment of Guardians of the Galaxy and was about to start shooting the sequel this autmn for a 2020 release.
Now, Marvel fans are wondering, who will take on this big budget project, will he/she able to make the sequel better than James Gunn.
Here are some list of directors who are might likely to replace James Gunn from Guardians of the Galaxy vol.- 3.

1) The Russo Brothers: Joe and Anthony Russo aka The Russo Brothers, they've directed Captain America: the winter soldier, Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War and now are editing Avengers-4.
They are the only film makers who have directed Guardians of the Galaxy after James Gunn.
Marvel fans will always remember Starlord and his band showed up Avengers: Infinity Warand Russo's certainly did a great job comedically and emotionally with the characters.
The Russo's have certainly directed some of the MCU's very best film and would be a safe choice for Guardians of the Galaxy vol.- 3.

2) Taika Waititi: This "Kronan" guy directed Thor: Ragnarok year and in many ways would be a perfect choice for Guardians of the Galaxy vol.- 3.
The main reason being that Ragnarok was very similar in tone, style and setting to Guardians movie.
Both are very funny, brightly coloured and soley set in the cosmic part of the MCU.

3) Jon Favreau: Jon (Happy Hogan) laid the foundation for the MCU by directing the first two Iron Man movies and has executive produced several Marvel movies since. He was very impressed with Guardians of the Galaxy. It's been 10 years, he might make a comeback in the MCU by helming Guardians of the Galaxy vol.- 3.

4) Shane Black: With Disney firing James Gunn the Helmer of Guardians of the Galaxy vol.- 3, the MCU fans are totally shocked. Well we can guess that Marvel can get back in the Shane Black business, Black helmed Iron Man - 3 and is currently working on his new Predator sequel.
